How to Prepare Before Your Check-up

  • Please fast from all food and beverages (sipping plain water is allowed) for 8-12 hours prior to your check-up.
  • Please ensure you get sufficient rest by sleeping at least 6-8 hours the night before.
  • Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your inner elbow for blood collection.
  • If you have any underlying medical conditions or a specific health history, please inform the doctor or nurse prior to the examination.
